In short, our firm manages all aspects of issues between families, whether married or not. 

We believe that parties should try in all cases to resolve matters out of court, and should resort to litigation only where out of court solutions are not possible. 

All three of us will use mediation or collaborative law, or other methods of negotiation to try to resolve the issues - but each of us will go to court when it is necessary.
